Glenn: If you are flying out of Newark airport, we're going to let you in on a little secret.
Jorge: Why starve on that foodless flight...
Glenn: ... or even worse, pay high airport prices for a brown bag snack ...
Jorge: ... when you can pick up a delicious Cuban sandwich to take along on your flight?

Glenn: The Madison Deli is located practically in the shadow of the airport. Smart travelers make a quick stop here before turning in their rental car.
Raúl: They have some great sandwiches here, all packed neatly for airline travel.
Jorge: Choose from the classic Cuban sandwich, the medianoche, the pan con bistec, and the pernil sandwiches. The pernil is made with a good quality ham and a tangy garlic sauce.
Glenn: I love a great croqueta or papa preparada sandwich. On the croqueta, ham croquettes are smashed with slices of ham and Swiss cheese on Cuban bread. The papa preparada gets the same treatment, only with papa rellenas.
Jorge: You also can put together a great meal with one of the sandwiches, and two or three of the side orders that are ideal for eating in that cramped airline seating.

Glenn: You'll be the envy of your fellow travelers! While they're chomping on a micro-pack of stale pretzels, you'll be munching happily on a Cuban sandwich, feasting on a delicious Cuban tamal, or enjoying a beef empandilla -- the perfect finger food.
Raúl: A bag of tostones is the perfect snack for airline travel.
Jorge: Pick up a refreshing batido to drink on the drive to the airport.
